Castek to deliver
new Claims product
New Module in Insurance Products Suite Meets Schedules,
Commitments
San Francisco, California (June 3, 2002) — Castek
Software Factory Inc. of Toronto will meet commitments
made to its customers, its investors, and the market by
delivering the first release of its Insure3
Claims (Insure-superscript 3) product to two prominent
U.S. property/casualty insurers on June 30 — National
Grange Mutual and another company that chooses to remain
unnamed. The announcement was made today from the IASA
2002 Educational Conference & Business Show in San
Francisco. “The delivery of Insure3 Claims
is a significant step in the fulfillment of our promise
to deliver a full suite of flexible, configurable core-processing
systems for the property/casualty insurance industry,”
said Yung Wu, Castek’s CEO. “The claims-management, claims-processing,
and communications functionality of Insure3
Claims — used in combination with the integrated customer
information, product configuration, and policy administration
functionality of Insure3 Policy — cements our
leadership position in building advanced enterprise systems
for property/casualty insurance.”
Looking beyond this
first release, Castek will work with these two launch
customers on their implementations, while continuing
to actively solicit input from the industry that will
help guide the next release of Insure3 Claims
in 2003.
